What lifestyle tweaks have you made that have made a real difference?(r/AskReddit)
I got one of these. I thought it was a total gimmick and wasn’t really expecting it to be very effective, but it’s dramatically improved my daily life in a way few things that are so fundamentally trivial could. I’ve had problems getting up on time and getting started once I am up for my entire life, and while they aren’t gone altogether, it’s nowhere near as bad as it was before.
