Agreed, but its not a substitute for having a real tool kit.
Edit: since this seems to have caused a lot of argument, I’m not talking about a full set of carpentry equipment. At a bare minimum you want a few different sized screwdrivers, hammer, tape measure and an adjustable wrench and needle-nose pliers – probably a bunch of random screws/nails so you can hang shit up too. For < $100 you can have pretty much anything you’d need for basic home repair with a set like this
